A new business in Zanesville is officially open.

A ribbon cutting ceremony was held this morning at Dreamer’s Motorsports, just off Maple Avenue. It’s something that co-owners Kenny Atkins, Jennifer Agin, and Agin’s husband say has been a long-time coming.

"My husband has been around motorsports all his life. He has races since he was 4-years-old. So, it’s certainly a dream come true for him, " says Agin.

Agin says motorsports are very popular in this area, and the three wanted to be able to provide a service that appealed to these customers.

"Basically, we’re going to be a full service shop here. We’re going to offer all full-line apparel…all the Fox, Oakley, and clothing trends. We’ll have a full service for all major brands. We can do tires and anywhere from an engine rebuild to a basic tire change. So, basically, anything power sports, we can do it, " says Atkins.

While Dreamer’s Motorsports is the first business that all three have opened, they are hoping to expand it into a franchise in the near future.

An Open House will be held this Saturday from 10 a.m. to noon for all to attend.
