Three Sixty Bike Shop Rolls Into Town

A new bike shop is in town, and according to their motto, they "Got You Covered."

Three Sixty Bike Shop held their grand opening Sunday, and owner Mike Brooks says it’s a dream come true. Since he was a kid he has worked on bikes turning the family’s shed into "Mike’s Bike Shop." But those days are gone as he has his very own shop, plus he’s going to get paid to do what he loves.

"Well it’s just been like a lifetime thing of mine to be into bicycles, and you know i thought that maybe being a top level football player wasn’t going to work out for me so i started a bike shop," says Brooks.

The shop is located in the Freight Shops downtown and offers a wide range of services including speedy repairs. They also have a full line of accessories and of course, bikes.

"When someone comes in my store I believe they’re coming in to look for something, I’m going to help them find it, and not just sell them whatever I have," says Brooks.

Downtown Zanesville is excited about the new addition. It is in a great location for those who use the bike trail at Zane Landing Park.

"It’s nice to have an additional bike shop in the downtown area and this one will benefit from being close to the trail so if someone is driving their bicycle and having trouble with it, they could stop in and see Mike," says Downtown Association Manager, Dana Matz.

Three Sixty Bike Shop will be giving away a bike on August 6 at 6pm in a raffle. The drawing will take place that day and one person will walk away with a free bike.
