Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says two Zanesville men are in custody in connection with a drug bust on Tuesday. It happened at 206 Mead Street.
The Sheriff says seven grams of cocaine, $500 in cash, a small amount of marijuana, several prescription pills and drug paraphernalia were recovered during the investigation.
26-year-old Darrin Michael Wade is charged with two counts of trafficking in crack cocaine and one count each of possession of crack cocaine and drug paraphernalia.
Sheriff Lutz says 28-year-old James Allen Wade is charged with one count of trafficking in cocaine.
Both men remain in custody.
Sheriff Lutz says this past Tuesday there were multiple investigtions including some traffic stops on Pine Street, but no other details are being released at this time.
