A 38-year-old man pleads guilty to his involvement in a May 21st robbery at the Valero Gas Station on West Main Street in Zanesville.

Kevin Chandler was in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court this morning and pled guilty to one count of robbery, one count of theft, and one count of possession of criminal tools. Judge Cottrill ordered a pre-sentence investigation and continued Chandler’s bond at $75,000.

A Valero employee reported the gas station had been robbed back in May by a black male, who displayed a weapon. The man fled on foot and was caught shortly after the crime by the Zanesville Police Department.
