State Route 83 will close this Tuesday, September 28th, near Claysville, for two weeks. Workers will focus on a slip repair. Drivers are asked to use State Route 313 to State Route 146, which will take them around the construction and back onto State Route 83.
Crews will also be replacing a culvert on State Route 93 between New Straitsville and Shawnee. The work starts Monday, October 4th at 7 a.m. The road is expected to re-open in the evening on Friday, October 8th. Detours are posted and will re-route drivers through Hocking and Athens counties.
