Sleep Positioners Should Go

Sleep Positioners Should Go

If you use a sleep positioner in your child’s crib you should stop.

The FDA and U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission are urging people to stop using the positioners after 12 infants have died by suffocating.

They’ve also had reports of dozens of babies who were found face down or in other dangerous positions.

The FDA says there’s also no scientific evidence to support the manufacturers claims that the positioners reduce the risk of SIDs.
