The State Highway Patrol says a bus driver involved in a Monday  morning accident in Perry County has been cited with failure to control.

According to the Lancaster Post, 54-year-old James Davis of New Lexington was driving the bus which was empty at the time on State Route 37 near Black Gold Road when he lost control and went off the right side of the roadway.

The bus driver over-corrected and flipped the bus onto its side.

Davis was not injured in the accident which happened around 6:30 a.m.
