Are you ready to start over and to get back on track to a healthier lifestyle?

The medical community is challenging smokers to go 24 hours without lighting up next Thursday, November 18th during the Great American Smokeout.

Cigarette smoking is the leading cause of preventable death in our country, but yet, 46 million adults still choose to smoke-and their choice causes another 125 million adults and children to be exposed to secondhand smoke.

Doctors indicate nearly three out of four smokers say they want to quit…well, now’s your chance. Quitting may be tough, but there are FDA approved medications and behavioral counseling available.
