The State Highway Patrol said a driver is in serious but stable condition after an accident on State Route 37 in Licking County.
Troopers said the accident happened just south of Deeds Road around 3:30 Sunday afternoon.
A dispatcher with the Granville Post said 53-year-old Dennis Hoffman of Heath was traveling on State Route 37 when he veered into the path of a semi truck driven by 62-year-old Charles Wilson of Springfield.
Hoffman was transported to OSU Medical Center in Columbus and was cited for marked lane violation. The road was temporarily closed as crews worked to clean-up the scene and state troopers diverted traffic for about an hour.
