The Ohio Department of Transportation, District Five, announced the following roadway restrictions and closures:
SR 715 is closed in Coshocton and Knox Counties, from US 36 in Coshocton County to US 36 in Knox County, due to high water. The suggested detour route is via US 36, which adds an additional 20 minutes to a motorist’s commute.
SR 60 is closed in Coshocton County, .25 miles north of Blissfield, between County Road 343 and County Road 49, between mile marker 24 and mile marker 28.23. The posted detour is via US 36, SR 62 and SR 60, which adds an additional 30 minutes to a motorist’s commute.
Southbound I-77 is restricted at the 50.5 mile marker for shoulder repair work. No lanes are closed, and no motorist delays are expected.
SR 313 is closed east of Senecaville at the 16.5 mile marker. The suggested detour is via SR 285, SR 265, and SR 761, which adds an additional 17 miles to a motorist’s commute.
SR 146 is closed approximately 6 miles north of Cumberland, at the 9.0 mile marker. The suggested detour is SR 821 and SR 672, adding an additional 5 miles to a motorist’s commute.
The southbound lane of SR 285 is restricted 1 mile south of I-70, at the 5.8 mile marker, for roadway embankment repair. No detours are posted, and no motorist delays are expected.
SR 658 is closed between a point 1 mile south of SR 541 to 1 mile north of Big Indian Road, at the 10.2 mile marker. The suggested detour is SR 209, US 22, I-77, and SR 541, which adds an additional 25 miles to a motorist’s commute.
The re-opening of these routes is dependent upon roadway and weather conditions. Also, given the weekend’s weather forecast, this list will likely be expanded. Updates will be provided as needed.
