Forever Dads recognized their 100th graduate of the NFL program…And no, we’re not talking about football….

The Nurturing Father for Life program has helped 100 dads become a better parent, and for the 100th graduate, Jack Webb, it has helped him to better communicate with his children.

"I’ve learned a lot about how to talk with my children and things like that, a lot about how to correct them because a 2 and 4 year-old’s kind of hard to correct some of the times, to figure out exactly how to do it, " said Webb. "And they’ve taught me alternative methods, you know, opposed to just whooping them or whatever."

His wife, Keisha, and their 2 children were in attendance at the graduation. She said, the kids may not understand now what he has done for them, but she knows it means a better tomorrow for their family.

"I’ve seen a big improvement on him, as in talking to our kids, he’s a lot better with communication," said Keisha. "And he doesn’t yell as near as much as he used to."

The NFL program is a 13 week training course designed to each parenting and nurturing skills to fathers. Each class provides proven, effective skills for healthy family relationships and child development. For more information visit www.foreverdads.com
