The Muskingum County Engineer’s Office took part in Wednesday’s Transportation Improvement District Meeting. They said the trusses and beams are in place on the Moxadarla bridge and crews are now in the process of putting in forms so the decking can be poured.
The Engineer’s office said the project estimated to cost $550,000 should be complete within the next month. The project is being funded through federal dollars and the TIDs Appalachian money.
The Ohio Department of Transportation said they’ll meet with the Federal Highway Administration about Northpointe on Thursday. They hope to finalize paperwork and get the project out to bid so that they can start the construction phase of the project.
