The first annual Riverboat Night was held at EagleSticks Golf Club tonight.
Eastside Community Ministry sponsored the event, which will benefit the food pantry, clothing bank and emergency relief programs. Development Director Joey Osborn said it was time for a change.
"We needed to do something different, something new to raise money," said Osborn. "What better way to raise money than to have a party."
Those who attended enjoyed traditional riverboat games, a silent auction and prize drawings. Osborn said the organization reached its goal of selling more than 100 tickets.
