It was quite the scene Wednesday night in one Zanesville neighborhood when an out of control driver hit 3 homes.

One man who didn’t wish to be identified said Wednesday night’s commotion started at his house when a friend stopped by for a few drinks and brought along her friend who had clearly been drinking.

"Just all of a sudden before they got ready to leave he decided, hey I’m driving,’ said the Unidentified Victim. "He got behind the wheel, threw it in reverse and he was gone."

Neighbors said the man sped around the corner, hitting a Curtis Street home, before throwing the vehicle into reverse and hitting a shed at a Sevall Street home. The man then sped down the alley where he finally stopped, hitting this Pine Street mobile home. Travis Manning had been sitting inside when the vehicle smashed through his siding.

"Smashed through my house," explained Manning, "my fence and hit quit a bit of the neighbors stuff too."

Neighbors believe the man driving did not have a driver’s license. Zanesville Police Department were not available for comment. The passenger in the vehicle was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital. The driver is in custody and the crash remains under investigation.
