Newark Police Warn of Good Samaritan Scam

Newark Police are warning residents about a good samaritan scam.
 

Police say a woman has been knocking on residence’s doors claiming to have to use the bathroom, the telephone or wants a drink of water.
 

Police say once the woman is let inside she is taking prescription drugs or jewelry from the homeowner .
