The case of the death and disappearance of half-brothers Ayden Cecil and Anthony Tullius will go in front of a Grand Jury.
Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz said the case was sent to Prosecutor Mike Haddox for review nearly 2 weeks ago. He said Haddox has assembled a list of witnesses and will present the case next Wednesday.
2-year-old Anthony Tullius and 3-year-old Ayden Cecil were last seen June 4th camping at Ellis Dam with their mother and step-father, Kasey and Richard Klein. The children were said to have wandered away and possibly fell into the river. Ayden’s body was found that day. Anthony has never been found.
The Grand Jury will decide if there is enough evidence to bring the case to trial. No charges have been filed at this time.
