The State Highway Patrol said alcohol is believed to be a factor in a one vehicle crash in Licking County, Tuesday night.
The Granville Post said that the accident took place around 9:25p.m. on State Route 586 near Fallsburg Road in Fallsbury Township.
Troopers said that 55-year-old James Sandlin, of Frazeysburg, was traveling north on 586 when he drove off the left side of the roadway, striking two trees and overturning.
He was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the crash and was transported by Med-Flight to Ohio State University Medical Center where he’s in critical condition.
