An Ohio teenager arrested in the deadly craigslist robbery scheme is now facing charges of aggravated murder and complicity to aggravated murder. A hearing took place Tuesday in Noble County Juvenile Court. During the hearing the Judge did not decide if 16-year-old Brogan Rafferty of Stow should be tried as an adult in the crime. Rafferty did not speak during the brief three minute hearing. The Court said another hearing will be held at a later date. The teen was taken into custody two weeks ago after interviews with the FBI. Police have linked two deaths and a non-fatal shooting to the scheme which sought workers for a nonexistent cattle farm in Caldwell. A third body was found Friday. Today the Noble County Coroner announced the victim had been shot in the head and was identified as John Doe. Officials say they suspect his name is Ralph Geiger but didn’t explain the basis for that. The Sheriff is under a gag order and has not said whether the body discovered Friday is connected with the case.
