A woman admitted in court Monday to obstruction of justice in connection with the murder of a Zanesville man.
22-year-old Jasmine Lakich of Zanesville admitted to the felony, which is tied to the search for Joey Hampton. Hampton was charged with the murder of Donte Wolford in September. He went on the run for a month and was apprehended in Florida.
Authorities say Lakich was in the company of Hampton five days after the murder in Indiana.
In addition to the obstruction of justice charge, Lakich also pled guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia.
Judge Kelly Cottrill ordered a pre-sentence investigation in the case.
