After talking to Zanesville High School students about the dangers of bullying, teen music sensation, New Hollow, took to the stage for a concert at Secrest Auditorium.

WHIZ caught up with the Ohio-based band backstage before the teens’ first concert in Zanesville. Band Members Mick Clouse, Evan West and Chad Blashford were excited to perform in front of hundreds of adoring fans.

"If you come to the concert tonight you will have a lot of fun with us," said west.

"And personally, we’re all super excited because it’s a really big place, and a lot of people showed up and we’re really happy," added Blashford.

"We’re going to be playing a bunch of new songs, too, that a lot of people are going to be hearing for the first time," mentioned Clouse.

On Thanksgiving Day in 2010, the boys sang the National Anthem at the Dallas Cowboys game with a television audience of thirty million.

Last year, New Hollow had three singles in the top five of Billboard’s Hot Single Sales list.
