Mitt Romney brought his campaign to Zanesville Monday- making one last appeal to voters before they hit the polls. The Republican Presidential Candidate rallied at Bryan Place. Romney said Ohio is the biggest prize for Super Tuesday.

"We all look to Ohio in those last hours of general election night to see where Ohio is going to go, and we want to be here and get the support of Ohioans, because this state makes a real difference," said Romney.

Romney focused his attention on rising fuel prices and shared his plan to take advantage of coal resources. Romney said he supports the upcoming shale drilling projects in our area.

"Well, it’s interesting to see what happens when a state is finally able to tap into its energy resources. I was just in North Dakota, and there’s an employment boom there," said Romney. "Unemployment is 3-4% there, in part because they’re taking advantage of the resources they have there."

Romney also addressed his tight race with Rick Santorum. The two candidates are tied for the lead in Ohio.

"Senator Santorum and I have similar views on some issues, some places where we have differences, but perhaps the biggest difference is that I spent my life in the private sector, in small business and then bigger business, 25 years in business. Senator Santorum spent his life in Washington," said Santorum.

General Election polls open Tuesday at 6:30 a.m. and will remain open until 7:30 p.m.
