Two schools in Guernsey County had a scare Thursday morning.

According to Lieutenant Dale Lyons of the Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office, bomb threats were reported in the Rolling Hills Local School District at both Meadowbrook High and Middle Schools.

Lyons said that no injuries were reported, but the schools were evacuated as deputies investigated.  He said the threats were in the form of graffiti scribbled on the walls inside both schools.

The incident remains under investigation by the Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office.
