Small changes like eating healthier and regular physical activity can make big changes in your health…
It’s National Public Health Week and the Zanesville-Muskingum County Health Department is participating with a Community Health Fair.
"There will be about a dozen health-related organizations there to provide information on the services they provide, and also to have free health screenings and testing for people who otherwise maybe, may not take advantage of it," said Jennifer Hiestand, Public Information Officer.
The fair takes place at Colony Square Mall this Friday and Saturday. Hiestand said it is free to the public and a lot of information will be available.
"There will be blood sugar testing, TB skin testing, and pulse oximetry by Rambo Memorial Health Center. We have free vision screenings from Wal-Mart Vision Center on Maple Avenue. We have free body composition analysis as well."
People who attend the fair on Saturday will also be able to meet the Easter Bunny.
