Crash Sends Three to Hospital

Adamsville Fire and EMS responded to a two car crash at the intersection of Ohio 93 and Ohio 83 in Otsego Saturday afternoon.

According to State Highway Patrol Trooper Adam McKenzie around 1:17 p.m. a black pick-up truck was traveling northbound on Ohio 83 attempted to turn left onto Ohio 93, failed to yield and struck on oncoming silver car traveling southbound on Ohio 93.

The single occupant of the silver car was transported by Adamsville EMS to Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville then MedFlighted to a hospital in Columbus.

An adult and a juvenile from the black truck were taken by Adamsville EMS to Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville.

The names and injuries of all three are unknown at this time.  

The crash caused temporary closure of Ohio 93 south while troopers and Adamsville Fire cleared the scene.
