A Monday afternoon accident shut down part of State Route 60.
Zanesville Police Patrolman Scott Blanton said a Subaru pulled out of a driveway on State Route 60 near the intersection of Marietta Street and into the path of a red pick-up.
The pick-up truck then hit the side of a semi truck traveling in the opposite direction rupturing part of the fuel tank, causing diesel fuel to spill out onto the roadway.
Blanton said a portion of route 60 was closed for about an hour while crews worked to clean up the mess and clear the accident scene.
Nobody was injured in the crash.
Blanton said the driver of the Subaru was cited for failure to yield.
