Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says two of three people arrested in a recent heroin drug raid have been charged. Sheriff Lutz says 41-year-old Anthony Williams of Zanesville is charged with possession of heroin, trafficking heroin, having weapons under disability and receiving stolen property. The Sheriff says a second suspect, 44-year-old Steven Angler, who lived at the house that was raided, is charged with possession of heroin and permitting drug abuse. Lutz says the two were arrested after deputies and Zanesville Police officers raided a home at 1265 Dillon Road and recovered 68-hundred dollars in heroin, 55-hundred dollars in cash, five-thousand dollars in stolen property and two handguns. Lutz says the investigation remains open and more charges are possible.
