The Perry County Sheriff’s Office and Somerset Police say they busted a meth lab. Sheriff William Barker says it happened Tuesday at 130 West Main Street in Somerset in an upstairs bedroom of the home. Three people were arrested and are facing charges relating to the manufacture of drugs. Detectives with the Central Ohio Drug Enforcement Task Force recovered lab equipment and methamphetamine inside the home. Sheriff Barker says the next day, Wednesday; detective executed a search warrant at 209 North Market Street in Somerset and arrested an adult male on aggravated trafficking in drugs charges. Barker says this search is related to the Tuesday meth lab case. Detective seized drug paraphernalia equipment from the home. Names of those arrested won’t be released until charges are formally filed.
