A Zanesville man changes his plea in the death of his son.

30-year-old Joseph Miller appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court where he entered a plea of guilty to one count of child endangering in the death of his 10 month old child, Justen.
On December 8th, 2010. The child died at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus after being taken there by Med Flight from Bethesda Hospital. The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office says the child suffered injuries that are consistent with abusive head trauma — commonly referred to as "shaken baby syndrome". Police say the injuries occurred at a residence in the 100 block of Beulah Avenue.

Miller faces eight years in prison at sentencing.
