Two Perry County men are under arrest following a drug bust in New Lexington.
Detectives with the Perry County Sheriff’s Office and the Central Ohio Drug Enforcement Task Force executed a search at 111 East Broadway Street after receiving information of drug activity occurring within the residence.
Perry County Sheriff William Barker said authorities found bulk amounts of heroin, marihuana, drug paraphernalia and currency in the home.
Arrested at the scene was 23-year-old Steven Roe on a felony count of possession of heroin along with a probation violation and 24-year-old Shayne Waddle on outstanding warrants from Perry, Fairfield and Muskingum Counties.
Both men are from New Lexington.
