Shoppers have already lined up outside the South Zanesville Kmart to take advantage of deals that start at 6:00 a.m. Thanksgiving day.

The store is passing out numbers as customers arrive to get the deals that are limited in number.

"We’ve got the 32 inch TV for $97, we’ve got the tablets for $39.99. DVD players for $9.99, so that’s the biggest sales we’ve got going first thing in the morning." said Kmart Assistant Manager Debbie Smith.

Shoppers and retailers both suggest bringing blankets and a heater if you’re planning on an overnight stay. Some shoppers lined up for deals as early as 7 p.m..

"We wanted to make sure that we’re here in time to get it, they’re only selling ten TVs for customers." said shopper Kayla Baker.

"I definitely wanted to get a tablet for my son." said Tiffany Caplinger.

"This is my second year working here, and I don’t remember last year seeing people out here at this time." said Dylan Wolfe, who works in Kmart’s fashion department.

Kmart opens from 6:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Thanksgiving day. Sales will start back at 8:00 p.m. the same day and run until 3:00 a.m. on Black Friday, then continue from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m. the same day.
