The Zanesville-Muskingum County Chamber of Commerce will be hosting it’s Annual Membership Meeting on March 22nd. The meeting willl be held at Hallowed Hills with a "Spring Break" theme. The Chamber is anticipating more than 300 people in attendance.
"We offer a full breakfast for those folks. It’s a fun Spring Break themed event so we play loud music, let the people get going in the morning, give out awards, tell them what we did lasy year and recognize the officers and the board of directors," Chamber of Commerce Membership Director, Dana Matz said.
The Chamber will recognize the officers and board members, and all of the accomplishments the community had last year. A motivational speaker will also be in attendance to offer advice to chamber members. Matz says the meeting touches on how businesses can improve their customer service and training procedures.
"It’s also a good chance to see what the other companies are doing and sometimes it sparks interest and other companies say, hey, maybe we should do the practices and prodecures that they’re doing," Matz said.
