The Dresden Fire Department says it is investigating a Tuesday morning arson fire.  Chief Carl Archer says his crews were called to a fire at 615 Chestnut Street just before 1 a.m.  Chief Archer says the home had been vacant for two years and suffered about 9000 dollars in damage.  The home is owned by Carma Ross of Miles Run Road.  Chief Archer says the State Fire Marshall’s Office, The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office and Dresden Police are assisting in the investigation.
