Today ended the 12th annual Home, Hearth and Away Show.

Vendors from around the area showcased their products and services to help people improve their homes. One company’s display caught a lot of attention from visitors.

"This was in a house fire last year. The house did burn to the ground, and when the gentleman opened the safe, the safe is completely perfect on the inside. He didn’t have to clean his guns or do anything with them. They were actually just like they were when he locked them safely into the safe," Melanie Mast, co-owner of C.H.E.S.S. said about her fire-resistant safes and vaults.

Commercial & Home Electronics and Security offers customers a wide range of home and business security, fire systems and metal detectors.

"Stop by Commercial Home Electronics and take a look at what we have to offer. We have many things in stock and many things we can get in the store, and within one day," Mast said.

C.H.E.S.S. has been a vendor at the home show for the past three years. The business is located at 3617 Old Falls Road in Zanesville.
