A Zanesville man who pleaded guilty in connection with a double homicide in Cambridge in 2012 is sentenced.  The Guernsey County Prosecutor’s Office says that 23-year-old Tyler Eugene Burrell went before Judge David Ellwood recently and received 15 years in prison.  Prosecutor Padden says that sentence was part of a negotiated plea under which Burrell has agreed to testify truthfully against other people involved in these crimes.  Padden says James Whatley Jr. of Columbus and Deondre Crosby, formerly of Zanesville were indicted by a Guernsey County Grand Jury in this case and are currently awaiting trial.  Maigen Blanchard and Anjomo Churchill have entered negotiated pleas based on their involvement and are awaiting sentencing.  Elgin Mitchell was already sentenced to 11 years in prison last month.  On June 24th of 2012 Christopher Morrison and Justain Nelson, both of Cambridge Coventry Estate Apartments were shot and killed.
