Canton Woman Pleads Guilty In Fronsman Death

One of the people charged in the beating and burning death of a Canton woman entered a plea in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court. 25-year-old Monica Washington of Canton pleaded guilty to aggravated murder, kidnapping and aggravated arson. The charges were in connection with the death of 29-year-old Celeste Fronsman. On August 26th of 2012, Fronsman was found naked, beaten and burned on State Route 208 near Adamsville. Common Pleas Judge Mark Fleegle ordered a pre-sentence investigation in the case and continued Washington’s bond at 5 million dollars. Another defendant in the case, 20-year-old Katrina Culberson, also of Canton, has already pleaded guilty to the same charges. A third defendant, LaFonse Dixon, of Canton, is scheduled to go on trial April 12th in Common Pleas Court.
