The "Are We There Yet?" performance was a variety show of past performances by the Zaney Follies, where they travel through time to get back to the first show.
"We’ve got brand new people this year and then there’s people that have been doing it for quite a few years. One thing during the auditions in January, because we’ve been putting this together since January, they all have been touched by hospice in some form, that’s why they’re here today," said Rebecca Jenei, Director of Hospice and Palliative Care for Genesis.
The Zaney Follies held a gala Friday night with live and silent auctions and they also performed on Saturday.
"All the proceeds that are raised over this weekend are going to Genesis Hospice to help supplement care for people who don’t have the ability to pay for services like that. We don’t turn anybody away so the money kind of sits there for those patients that need that help."
Candles, silver ribbons and raffle tickets were also sold at the performance–with the proceeds going towards Genesis Hospice and Palliative Care.
