Residents of the West Muskingum and East Muskingum local school districts, and residents of the Village of Dresden are able to vote early at the Muskingum County Board of Elections beginning Tuesday, April 1.

"When they come in they don’t need to bring anything. We have everything in our computer system. They’ll give us their name and if they’re not registered, we will register them and they can vote all at the same time," said Board of Elections Titles Director, Chris Hamill.

Both the East and West Muskingum school districts will be voting on school levees and the village of Dresden will vote on renewal of current expenses. The deadline for voter registration and to change your address is April 8 at 9 p.m.

"We will have just the 25 precincts open so like I say, if you are not in the East Muskingum ,West Muskingum or the Village of Dresden, that will be the only thing on the ballot this election."

If you’re planning on voting early you can vote at the Muskingum County Board of Elections at 205 N. 7th St. in Zanesville.
