The State Highway Patrol investigates a two vehicle accident on State Route 60 Tuesday night.
Trooper Hale said that William Kittle was traveling south on 60 around 10 p.m. when he was struck by 32-year-old Chrystal Dusenberry, who failed to stop at the stop sign on Creamery Road.
Kittle’s vehicle was flipped on its side completely off the roadway and Dusenberry fled the scene.
Trooper Hale said she was arrested a short time later for hit-skip, driving under the influence and cited for failure to yield at a stop sign.
Kittle was taken to Genesis Good Samaritan with shoulder injuries.
