The Zanesville Police Department said it has made an arrest in Monday night’s school bus shooting incident.
Captain Tony Coury said Wednesday information developed from 25-year Zanesville Patrol Officer Russ Scott led officers to 1305 Ridge Avenue.
Coury said with this important information officers were able to gather evidence linking 24-year-old Robert Goodin of Zanesville to the Maysville School bus shooting.
Goodin has been cited for discharging a weapon inside city limits, criminal damage and obstructing official business.
Police said a b-b gun was used in the shooting that shattered a bus window and left glass in the eye of a student who was treated and released at the hospital He is scheduled to appear in Zanesville Municipal Court Thursday morning.
