An accident at a factory in Coshocton County sends one person to the hospital.
The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office reported that around 10 p.m. Tuesday they received a 911 call from Sancast Incorporated at 535 Clow Lane. It was reported that a subject was trapped in a piece of machinery.
Upon arrival emergency personnel found that Davis Rhodes’ leg had become stuck in the machinery. After a lengthy extrication Rhodes was flown to Grant Medical Center by Medflight where his condition is unknown.
Assisting at the scene was Coshocton City Fire Department, Coshocton County EMS, Dr. Clayton Gibson and Medflight.
The incident remains under investigation.
