The Ohio Attorney General’s Office says a convicted sex offender is going back to prison after he is found guilty of possessing child porn a second time. Attorney General Mike Dewine says Timothy Whitlatch of New Lexington pleaded guilty to one count of pandering obscenity involving a minor. He was sentenced in Perry County Common Pleas Court to four years in prison. Police say they began investigating Whitlatch in April of 2013 after receiving a complaint that he was allegedly viewing inappropriate material on a public computer. Authorities say they later found 11 child porn images on his home computer. Whitlatch was previously convicted of pandering obscenity involving a minor in Perry County in 2006. The Judge ruled that after his sentence is served Whitlatch will be required to report his address to law enforcement every 180 days for 25 years.
