Muskingum County Prosecutor Mike Haddox says 18-year-old Tiffany Ellen Peace of Schultz Street and 21-year-old Marcia Brittany-Lee Harris of Cliffwood Avenue have been charged with two counts of tampering evidence, three counts of obstructing justice and one count of abusing a corpse. 39-year-old Billy J. Harris of McConnelsville has been charged with two counts of obstructing justice and one count of tampering with evidence, and 21-year-old Samantha Draybik of Athena Lane has been charged with obstructing justice.

"This is still an ongoing investigation and I do want to give credit to the Zanesville Police Department, particularly their detective bureau is doing a wonderful job at investigating this case," said Haddox.

These charges come just one day after Shaquille Davis was arrested for the murder of 24-year-old Phillip Lawrence Kimbro Jr. who’s burning body was found July 25 on County Road 15 in Morgan County. The charges allege both Billy Harris and Peace tried to destroy and conceal evidence at the scene of the crime, including a 40-calibur handgun, clothing and also lied to officials when questioned. If convicted, Draybik could face three years for concealing Davis at her home, but the other women could face much longer sentences.

"Billy Harris faces three felony three’s which means a total of nine years. And Tiffany Peace and Marcia Harris face five, felony three’s and one felony five which totals 16 years," explained Haddox.

The four women are being held in the Zanesville City Jail.
