Zanesville Police says a Muskingum University student late for class flipped his car early Wednesday morning.  It happened just before 7 a.m. on the Maple Avenue on-ramp to I-70 East.  Captain Tony Coury says 18-year-old Anthony Palmer was driving his car too fast for the on-ramp, slid into a concrete wall flipping the vehicle onto its top.  Captain Coury says Palmer was not hurt, but was cited by police for failure to control.  The on-ramp was shut down for a short time until the scene could be cleared.
