AT&T has a brand new phone plan that is just in time for the release of the latest set of iPhones.

The phone plan is called "Next". With the program people are able to switch their smart phones or tablets after one year of use. Locals are taking advantage of the plan and purchasing both the iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C that were officially released on Friday.

"We had lines at many of our stores including here in Zanesville," said AT&T Ohio Public Relations Specialist, Holly Hollingsworth. At some stores more of a line than others, what is interesting is a lot of my customers here in Zanesville and elsewhere who were in line this morning came to our stores to make an online order."

Customers say ordering online gives them more options. People can choose from a variety of colors and select the amount of memory space that is customized to their needs . The new iPhones also have improved cameras, a longer battery life and more updated features.

"One of the things that is important to customers has been the fast speed of the technology," said Hollingsworth. We have this great new phone, this great new device with lots of interesting new features and you combine that with this fastest most reliable AT&T network here and you’re able to do incredible things with that little device."

The new iPhones range in price from $550 dollars $650 dollars. With contracts people can get these devices for a lower price.
