Attorney General Mike DeWine files a lawsuit against a Heath company and the three brothers who ran it.
The lawsuit was filed against Clark Motor Company. The Attorney General is seeking reimbursement of over $94,000 to the state’s Title Defect Recision Fund and charges the business with failing to deliver motor vehicle titles as required by law.
In the lawsuit, Dewine said his office issued the money from the recision fund to resolve complaints from consumers.
The lawsuit charges the Clark Brothers with violations of Ohio’s Certificate of Motor Vehicle Title Act.
The Clark Motor Company on Hebron Road was run by Phillip Clark Jr, David Clark and Christopher Clark. It closed in early 2013.
