Area Catholic Schools Spend Mass Together

Students form Bishop Rosecrans, St. Rose, Bishop Fenwick and St. Benedict spent part of Friday together for the "quad school mass."

Bishop Rosecrans junior Logan McLaughlin said the quad school mass is the best part of Catholic School’s Week because he gets to meet kids from the other schools.

"Definitely the quad school mass because it’s so big and so much fun," said McLaughlan. "We get to see all the other schools which is really the only time we really get to do that all year."

Although meeting new friends is also one of Gordon McKnight’s favorite things, there’s another part of mass that he really enjoys.

"That’s one of the coolest things about this mass. Instead of just the priests processing in they have a representative from each school carrying a banner from their school," said McKnight.

The quad school mass is an annual event.
