A former Coshocton Pharmacist has pleaded guilty to federal charges in connection with fraudulent billing practices.  Ohio Attorney General Mike Dewine says Barbara Miller pleaded guilty this week to five counts of health care fraud and one count of adulteration of drugs.  The charges stem from Miller’s time as owner and operator of Coshocton’s Three Rivers Infusion and Pharmacy Specialists.  It’s a medical infusion supply company which also provided home health services and medical supplies.  Dewine says she was accused of taking between one million and 2.5 million dollars from state, federal and private insurance companies.
