The Animal Shelter Society of Muskingum County wants the public to come out to a local restaurant to support a good cause.

The Buffalo Wild Wings in Zanesville will donate 15 percent of their proceeds to the shelter to keep the organization running smoothly. The public can stop by anytime from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Monday, November 11th to support the local shelter.

"Everything goes right back into providing care for the homeless cats and dogs and animals that we take care of throughout the year, said Executive Director, Jody Murray. We take care of thousands of animals every year so every dollar helps us. "

The public must bring a special animal shelter coupon with them when dining. They can pick them up at the shelter or online at their website or Facebook page. Along with this event, the shelter is hosting other fundraising and adoption specials in the near future.

"On November 15, 16th and 17th we’ll be having an adoption event a Pet Smart Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday so people can stop by there while they are doing their pre-Christmas shopping and we’ll have some puppies and dogs and things there, " said Murray.

For coupons or more information about these upcoming events you can give them a call by phone at the shelter at 740-452-1077.
