2-year-old Charity Curry suffered from Tetralogy of Fallot,  a congenital heart defect which is  understood to involve four abnormalities of the heart since she was born and for nine months she fought for her life at Children’s Hospital in Columbus.

After enduring heart and lung surgery, Charity  passed away due to complications from the disease this past October. Her Grandmother and caretaker, Polly Curry says her granddaughter was an angel who loved to watch television and play with her binky.

Curry says that she has paid off most of the medical bills, but still needs funding for funeral cost and a headstone for Charity. The family has created a special fund at Century National Bank called the "Charity Curry Memorial Fund."

If you would like to donate feel free to visit any Century National Bank in town.
