Muskingum University Statement On Bomb Threat

Muskingum University  received an anonymous telephone call today (Thursday, Nov. 21) reporting that a bomb was located somewhere on the campus. The University has taken steps to evacuate. Students, staff and faculty were instructed to leave campus or to assemble at a designated off-campus site.

The University is working with Muskingum University Police, the Muskingum County Sheriff’s office, and New Concord Police and Fire Departments.

Classes and events for the day (Thursday) were cancelled.
